CQC Inspection June 2014

It was clear from speaking with staff that they have a good understanding of the people's care and support needs and that they knew them well. Staff spoke about people as individuals and we observed that staff listened to people's views and opinions and acted upon them.

CQC Inspection May 2013

People had access to various social activities. For example, people were able to continue to practice their religion and there was a quiet area where religious services were carried out. People were encouraged and supported to cook, bake and pursue craft work.

CQC Inspection September 2012

People's needs were assessed and their care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with individual care plan.  For example, one care plan told staff that the person had mental health needs and displayed behaviours that were challenging. We spoke with four care staff who demonstrated a sound understanding of this person's care needs and how to support them.
